Transformative Justice

Transformative Justice is a framework for working with survivors and offenders
in the aftermath of the crime and has been used in a variety of ways over the past few years. Although may of the key
components of this framework share basic similarities, the various ways Transformative Justice is practiced makes it important
for each program to clearly articulate its priorities. This training will provide participants the opportunity to learn
different models of the transformative justice methodology and how it relates to domestic violence.

Principles of Effective Management for Non-Profit
Organizations

Increased
demand for services and scarce resources have made nonprofit management skills more critical than ever. Effective management
tools must be developed and utilized to remain viable in the non-profit sector. At this training, participants will
gain solid analytical and problem solving sills unique to nonprofit organizations. Participants will examine the fundamental
and introductory principles of non-profit management as well as the responsibilites of a nonprofit board of directors and
management team. Leadership and management capacity will be strengthened. Participants will also learn about current
trends and discuss case studies.
